David Ruffin / Kimberly Briggs (aka Kim Tolliver) — My Whole World Ended

It is well-known how much I adore David Ruffin, and some of you know that I also love Kim Tolliver. Her singing is pure passion. So when I found her version of David Ruffin’s My Whole World Ended, I was in eighth (music) heaven. And then I had an idea. Maybe one of the mix-and-edit artists could create a duet with David and Kim like the one by Dennis Edwards and Tami Terrell that is out there on the net.

Here are both versions of My Whole World Ended (The Moment You Left Me)

David Ruffin (My Whole World Ended, Motown, 1969)

Enjoy!

Kimberly Briggs (Passing Clouds, Fantasy Records, 1972)

Enjoy!
